SHIPPING

Our store offers standard and expedited shipping on all merchandise from our website. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and are based on the method chosen. Please note all deliveries require a customer signature.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow up to 3 business days of processing time for all orders plus shipping. Merchandise is not guaranteed in stock due to in-store sell-through. If we’re unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified within 48 hours.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Our store ships to all over the world . At this time, shipping to international destinations, U.S. territories and PO Boxes are unavailable. When placing an online order, your credit card billing address must also be within the location.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of the order date. Merchandise must be in its original condition and returned with its receipt, warranty cards and certifications in the original box. Cash purchases will be refunded by check. Please note watches, special orders (to include non-inventory purchase or any stock item custom made or altered at the customer’s request i.e. sizing & engraving), personalized, sized, final sale, altered and/or worn merchandise is not returnable.

RETURN CHECK POLICY

Any check returned for insufficient funds will incur a service charge of $50 in addition to the amount of the check. Additional court and/or legal fees will apply if legal action is required to secure repayment of any check returned for insufficient funds.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you placed your order online, simply email this form to info@mountzjewelers.com and we’ll send you a return authorization. Please note that returns without an approved return authorization number will not be accepted.
